Plant orders placed now are being scheduled for our fall plant-shipping period (see date range, below). During checkout, you will be able to see, and select from, a list of available shipping dates (weeks). Once your order is processed – usually only a day or two – you will receive an email from one of our Customer Service Representatives that confirms your shipping date.
Notes: We are not able to combine new orders with previous orders for shipping. If you place more than one order, each order will be shipped separately.
Changes/Cancellations: To cancel any order, we must receive notification at least seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled ship date. A cancelled order will receive a 20% cancellation fee. Shipped Plant orders cannot be returned.
