Dark Green Bulrush Seed

This stalwart of marshes, streambanks, and low areas produces attractive chocolate-brown clusters of seeds atop sturdy triangular stems. The seed germinates readily, making it an excellent choice for re-vegetating moist soils around newly constructed ponds and wetlands. Recommended for planting with other wetland flowers, grasses, and rushes, such as those in our Moist Meadow & Rain Garden Prairie Seed Mix. Hardy to Zones 3 - 8.
