Bottlebrush Sedge Seed

Attractive seedheads make this a lovely addition to rain gardens, edges of water gardens, and any reliably moist soil. The lime green “bristles” of the seeds resemble a bottlebrush, giving the plant its name. Very adaptable, it grows in any damp soil, in sun to moderate shade. Hardy to Zones 3 - 9.
