Attractive seedheads make bottlebrush Sedge a lovely addition to rain gardens, shorelines, water gardens and any reliably moist soil. The lime green “bristles” of the seeds resemble a bottlebrush, giving the plant its name. Very adaptable, it grows in any damp soil, in sun to moderate shade.
