Free Prairie Nursery Display Garden Tours!
Prairie Nursery’s Display Gardens on Dover Court in Westfield are our tour location. Adjacent to our retail store and greenhouses, the gardens offer showy arrangements of native perennials for a variety of soil and sunlight conditions.
Nursery Tours in past years focused on our many acres of seed production fields. The display gardens, which were planted in 2007, better demonstrate these remarkable, hardy plants in a landscape setting. You can get ideas for your own property as you walk along the pathways. See new blooms each month! Plants you see in the garden are available for purchase at our adjacent retail store.
The August 21st tours will feature an Outdoor Photography Workshop with Professional Photographer Randy Roden. He will give tips on how to get the most out of your digital camera in the great outdoors. His session will begin at approximately 11:00 AM, after the 10:00 AM tour.
