Grasses

Native grasses form the foundation of the North American Prairie. Though there are many more species of prairie wildflowers, the plant community as a whole is dominated by a few robust and adaptive native grasses.  These covered the greater part of the once vast Midwestern grassland.

2010 Plant Shipping Schedule:  Spring Plant Shipping Begins April 19. Last Spring Order Date June 2.  Fall Plant Shipping Begins September 20. Last Fall Order Date October 15.

Seeds are shipped all year.
